If you're not comfortable placing your order online via our secure server, there are four other methods for ordering.
Phone: Simply call our toll free customer care desk at 888-597-8445. Our courteous and knowledgeable staff will be able to take your order over the phone and answer any questions you may have.
Fax: You may also elect to fax your order to us at 812-418-2960. Please ensure that you include detailed contact info so we may contact you with any questions we may have.

At Snorkel-Mart protecting your privacy is a top priority. When you place an order with Snorkel-Mart you can rest assured that your personal and financial information is secure.
We collect personal information, such as your Name, your Mailing Address and your E-mail Address to ensure that our shipping carriers are able to deliver your order to you. Your email address and phone number is used in the event that we need to contact you with questions about your order. We do not sell or give your personal information to any other third party or their agents.
Your financial information is secure with Snorkel-Mart. Online-orders are encrypted to ensure your complete protection and privacy, our SSL server uses encryption technology by GeoTrust.
Your credit card details are stored on our secure server just long enough for us to verify that your items are in stock and process the order. At this point your card details are transmitted via secure encrypted technology to our payment processing partners at PayPal, who then validate your card details against the billing info you supplied as part of their fraud prevention program. PayPal will then transmit a unique transaction ID code to Snorkel-Mart that we use when communicating with PayPal concerning your transaction. Once your order ships, your credit card number (except for the last 4 digits) and the CVV code are deleted from our database. In the unlikely event that our secure database is hacked, your credit card details are nowhere to be found, and the transacation code we use to communicate with PayPal is worthless.
At Snorkel-Mart your financial information is held in the strictest confidence.
When you enter your credit card information online via our secure server, your credit card is not automatically charged.
Before processing any credit cards, we pull your entire order to verify that all items are in stock (and notify you if they are not), only then will your credit card be charged. At Snorkel-Mart you will never be charged for out of stock items.
Snorkel-Mart Canada only processes and ships orders within Canada. If you need your shipment sent to another country, please visit our USA / International web site at www.snorkel-mart.com.
Our standard shipping method for Canadian orders is via FedEx. If you would like to explore alternate shipping methods please call our Toll-Free customer care desk at 888-597-8445.
Shipping charges for orders delivered to Canada are calculated in Canadian dollars during the checkout process, separately from tax and duty. There are no additional charges to Canadian clients upon delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of our error.
Canadian customers will be charged a sales duty fee at the time the order is placed, but no additional costs will be added at the time the package is delivered.

All orders shipped via FedEx are subject to the in-transit shipping times as published by FedEx.
We ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Typically you can expect your package to be shipped between 1-4 business days after the order is placed. The exception would be for a custom prescription mask, which takes 2-3 weeks production time before shipping. Once your order is shipped you will receive a FedEx shipping notification which can be used to track your package.
Typical in-transit times for each province serviced are:
BC = 7-10 business days
AB = 6-8 business days
SK = 5-7 business days
MB = 5-7 business days
ON = 3-5 business days
QC = 4-6 business days
NB = 5-7 business days
NS = 5-7 business days
PE = 6-8 business days
NL = 7-9 business days
Rural areas may incur an additional day in-transit.
Snorkel-Mart retains a very close relationship with our vendors and the items we offer are very rarely out of stock. On the few occasions that we are out of stock on an item, it is usually because our vendor is also out of stock.
If your order contains an out of stock item, we will contact you for instruction on how to proceed. We do not backorder items. As it is our policy not to charge your credit card until your order has been completely packed and checked, you will never be billed for out of stock items.
We do work very hard at keeping our website up to date, as such we do our best to keep out of stock items off the website or indicate that they are out of stock.
There are two types of returns.
- General Returns
General Returns are covered under our 30-day general return policy.
All shipped orders will include General Return Instructions. If you have any discrepancy with your order please include a copy of your invoice with a breif explaination of why you are returning the goods, and return the unused product with all of the manufacturer's original packaging to Snorkel-Mart.
General returns must be shipped in an appropriate shipping container / box. Please ship pre-paid and insured, as Snorkel-Mart will not be responsible for the shipping charges either way on general returns.
Exchanges are a normal part of every business, and Snorkel-Mart makes it easy.
If you have received an item that you wish to exchange (perhaps your fins are just a tad too big), just call our Customer Service line at 1 (888) 597-8445! While you will need to pay shipping one way to receive your new item, we'd be more than happy to include a prepaid shipping label in the box so you may return your unused item! (Note that we cannot accept any items for refund that have been used in water or have been visibly scratched or scuffed. Keep in mind also that Custom Ground Rx lenses cannot be refunded as they are ground specifically for your Rx.)
Snorkel-Mart takes the guess work out of shopping online. In addition to our liberal return policy, many of the products we sell are backed by a firm manufacturer's warranty.
The majority of Deep Blue Gear products sold by Snorkel-Mart come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defect (with the exception of snorkel cameras which are guarantied until the manufacturer's seal is broken), effective from the date of purchase.
Returns under warranty are extremely rare, however should your product be suspected of a manufacturing defect please call us at 888-597-8445 and we will be glad to help you with your warranty issue.

When you place your order online you will immediately receive an email confirmation indicating you order number. Simply log into the Order Status Page by using this order number and the email address used when the order was placed for an overview of your order status.
